WELCOME15 — First-Time Buyer Offer

• Benefit: 15% off eligible single cards on your first order. Sealed products and all other product types are excluded.
• Eligibility: First-time buyers only; one use per customer.
• Minimum spend: No minimum spend.
• Code: WELCOME15, entered at checkout before payment.
• Ends: 30 November 2026, 11:59 PM Malaysia time.
• In mixed orders, only eligible single cards receive the 15% discount; sealed products and other items remain at their listed prices.
• Delivery charges are not discounted. The code cannot be applied retrospectively.
• Combination with other discounts is subject to eligibility at checkout.

THANKYOU5 — Thank-You Offer (Not Yet Active)

This campaign has not started. THANKYOU5 cannot be redeemed until the campaign is activated after its email automation is ready.

• Benefit when active: 5% off eligible products in our Singles collection. Sealed products, other product categories and delivery charges are excluded.
• Eligibility: All customers with the code may redeem it during the active campaign, subject to the campaign settings shown at checkout.
• How to use: Enter THANKYOU5 at checkout before payment. In mixed orders, only eligible Singles receive the discount.
• Email timing: Campaign emails will use Shopify order fulfilment followed by a delay. Fulfilment and the email do not confirm courier delivery. Promotional email distribution is subject to subscription preferences.
• Reviews are optional: The discount is a thank-you for shopping with us. No review, positive rating or proof of review is required to receive or use it.
• Launch: The start date and any additional redemption limits or expiry will be published when the automation is ready and before activation.

Free-shipping eligibility

Single-card free-shipping eligibility is assessed after discounts. Sealed products incur delivery charges regardless of order value or quantity. Read the full Shipping & Collection Policy.

Other offers

Any future campaign will state its own dates, eligible products, minimum spend, limits and exclusions. Expired offers are not valid for new purchases.
