These terms apply to your use of battleofthecoast.com and purchases from Battle of the Coast Enterprise (202603233617 (RA0139152-M)), located at 7-3, Jalan 2/137B, Off Jalan Klang Lama, Resource Industrial Center, 58200 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms, subject to rights that cannot be excluded by law.

1. Product listings and availability

We sell trading cards, sealed products and related collectibles. Images, descriptions, prices and availability are intended to be accurate, but genuine mistakes may occur. We may contact you to correct a material error and, where necessary, cancel and refund the affected order in accordance with applicable law. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt and does not necessarily mean fulfilment is guaranteed.

2. Vintage and single-card condition

Pre-owned and vintage cards can have signs of age and handling. Our condition shorthand (including NM, LP, MP, HP and DMG) is an in-house description of observable condition, not a professional grading certificate or guarantee of a particular grading outcome. Review listing photographs and ask for clarification before buying. Unless a listing states otherwise, individual single-card images are intended to show the actual item being offered.

3. Professionally graded cards

Where a card is sold in a third-party grading holder, any grade belongs to the named grading service. We do not guarantee future grades, changes to a grading company's assessment or future resale value.

4. Sealed collectible products

Sealed trading card products contain random contents chosen by manufacturers. Specific characters, rarities, valuable pulls or future prices are not guaranteed. Minor manufacturer packaging variations may occur, but your statutory rights remain unaffected.

5. Prices and payments

Prices are presented in Malaysian ringgit (RM) unless otherwise indicated. Applicable shipping charges and any additional fees disclosed at checkout are payable before an order is confirmed. Payments are processed using the available payment methods. We do not normally ship until payment has been confirmed.

6. Shipping and collection

Charges and available delivery methods are displayed at checkout. Single-card free-shipping eligibility, sealed-product charges, tracking and appointment-only collection are explained in our Shipping & Collection Policy.

7. Returns, refunds and order problems

For wrong, damaged or defective items, or a significant discrepancy from the listing, contact us within 5 days of delivery. Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains the reporting and review process. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies under applicable Malaysian consumer protection law.

8. Responsible use

You agree not to misuse this website, interfere with its security, submit fraudulent orders, infringe rights or use the website unlawfully. We may restrict misuse to the extent permitted by law.

9. Intellectual property

Our original site content, imagery and branding are protected by applicable laws. Pokémon and other third-party names, artworks and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. Product listings do not imply sponsorship, endorsement or affiliation unless expressly stated.

10. Third-party services and links

We use third-party website infrastructure, payment and logistics services. Separate terms may apply when you access independent services or websites. Our Privacy Policy describes relevant data sharing practices.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses caused by website interruptions or events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits a remedy where such exclusion or limit is prohibited by Malaysian law.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Subject to applicable consumer protection laws and mandatory jurisdictional rights, disputes are subject to the competent courts of Malaysia. We encourage customers to contact us first so concerns can be reviewed promptly.
