Delivery charges

• West Malaysia: standard rates start from RM7.
• East Malaysia: standard rates start from RM18.
• The applicable shipping class, destination, packed weight and package dimensions affect the delivery charge. Your total is shown at checkout before payment.

Free shipping on single cards

Free standard shipping within Malaysia applies to qualifying single-card purchases at RM300 and above after discounts.

Sealed products are excluded, regardless of order value or quantity. This includes bulk purchases such as multiple boxes. In mixed orders, delivery charges for sealed products still apply.

Dispatch and tracking

Orders are processed within 2–4 days after payment is confirmed. Once dispatched, a tracking number is emailed where available. Track your parcel with EasyParcel.

Delivery estimates depend on the courier and destination and are not guaranteed. If tracking is not updating or your parcel appears delayed or missing, WhatsApp us with your order number and tracking details.

Collection by appointment

Collect from our office after we confirm your order is ready and agree on a collection time.

Address changes and order issues

Check your delivery address before payment. If you need to correct it, contact us immediately; changes depend on the order’s processing status and cannot be guaranteed after dispatch. Additional delivery costs may apply if a parcel must be sent again because of an incorrect address.
